INA132: Pin 1 Index mark obscure

Part Number: INA132

Attempting to mount an INA132A and puzzled at the lack of a clear pin 1 index mark.

There's no notch in the package.  That circle within a circle is assumed to be locating pin 1 but it's not quite adjacent.

I'm going by that and the direction of the marking text on the package and will pray for no smoke.

Data sheet shows idealized package not matching what is below.

Data sheet also mentions pin 1 indexing with package in reel, but a section of a reel (which I have) is ambiguous.

  • Hi k1mgy

The part has one edge that has a different chamfer than the other 3 sides...this is the pin one side. For unknown reasons there's not a good mechanical drawing in the data sheet. You can find one here:
    www.ti.com/.../msoi002j.pdf

With all of our parts if you go to the Quality & Packaging tab, scroll to the bottom under the CAD/CAE symbols then click on the package pdf file...

    Thanks
    Dennis
