OPA322: OPA322 Temperature Dependency

Can you answer the following questions that my customer posed to me:

Could you provide additional information of the OPA322 temperature dependency like “temperature vs. Impedance” or “temperature vs. gain”.

I did not see any graphs that showed this, and I was wondering if we might have any. The impedance referred to in the first part is the output impedance.

    For the request on gain vs temperature, the OPA322 datasheet does show open loop gain vs temperature in Figure 2 of the datasheet. Hopefully that is the information he is looking for.

    For output impedance vs temperature, it is reasonable to expect that in a worst-case type scenario that you'll see large variations across temperature, with higher temperature generally leading to higher output impedance. A good rule of thumb might be ±30% or ±50% to cover the worst-case across devices.
