Hi Experts,

We are using a "Low-Power, Low-Offset Voltage, Dual Comparators" whose part number is "LM393M/NOPB"

I am unable to find ibis models for simulation.

Could you please help me find the ibis models for the device / similar device / alternate equivalent device?

Hello Abhishekh,

We do not have IBIS models for the LM393 family. Normally SPICE models are provided for Analog building-block devices.

I am not aware of any IBIS models for the LM393 family or similar devices.

Hello Abhishekh,

I am checking with the Modeling team to see if it is possible. We have previously not done an IBIS for a pure analog device (usually digital outputs of digital sections of some analog devices).

If they can, it will take a few weeks due to workload and queue priorities.
