I tested the TLV2254 simulation model and found that it does not work correctly when operated with a single supply; despite the the op amp being capable of powered by a single +2.7 to +16 V supply.

When I examine the model design I see that it is a nearly 25 year old Boyle model of simplistic design. The reason that it doesn't function correctly with a single supply is due internal nodes being connected to "0" (GND). The model works fine with dual supplies, just not with a single supply.

If you would like to try simulating your circuit idea using somewhat newer op amps, having better performance and more modern simulation models, try the LMV841, or LMP7701.
