Is the output 2 Vpp or 2 Vp? Because in your calculation for the slew rate, you use 2 Vp whereas if it was 1 Vp, then the required slew rate would be ~6000 V/us.

What are the gain and input impedance requirements?

Because I will put a 50ohm after OP output pin, over through a 50ohm coaxial cable to 50ohm load.

So, if we want to get 2Vpp in load side, the OP ouput have to reach 4Vpp.

That's why I use 2Vp to calculate the SR.

Ah I see, thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately, most of our amplifiers that satisfy the slew rate and BW requirements are fully differential amplifiers. There are two current FB amplifiers that come relatively close. The THS3491 (the part that replaced the THS3202) has 900 MHz BW (at a gain of 5 V/V) and 8000 V/us slew rate. Note that a lower gain will yield higher BW but also could cause peaking and a reduction in phase margin.

Depending on your design, you might also consider the BUF602, a high speed buffer with 1000 MHz BW and 8000 V/us slew rate.
