TINA/Spice/OPA836: Input bias current problem under 3V power supply

Part Number: OPA836
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi team,

I'm developing a circuit using OPA836. But I find some thing strange when I simulating the circuit in TINA-TI. The attached is my simulation file. When the power supply is 5V, I get the right bias current, which shows is 550nA. But when I change it to 3V power supply, bias current change to -9.47nA, which is conflict with the datasheet 300nA - 600nA range. Customer get question when the use 3V power supply, and I guess the problem is related with input bias current, so I want to use simulation to give them a explanation. So could you give some comments to this strange issue?

Best Regards,

Will
