OPA3692: Thermal Metrics for OPA3692

Hello,

I am looking for the thermal metrics for the PN:OPA3692, as they were not listed on the datasheet.

I am looking for Thermal resistances of junction to case (theta JC) and junction to board (Theta JB), as well as a max rated junction temperature.

Hi Sam,

It will take me some time to pull up theta JC and theta JB, but the max rated junction temperature can be found in the absolute maximum ratings section with the max operating temperature being 150C and for continuous operating junction temperature being 140C.

I'll see what I can do to get the thermal resistances for you.

Here are the thermal resistances for the OPA3692ID package.

Theta JA-High K = 80.1 'C/W
Theta JC, top = 40.1 'C/W
Theta JB = 38.7 'C/W
Psi JT = 8.8 'C/W
Psi JB = 38.5 'C/W
Theta JC, bottom = n/a
