I think it's an artefact of the simulation. Choose C1=10T and L1=10T and the peak disappears. Concretely spoken, the peak is only shifted towards lower frequencies. :-)
Shall this be an inverting amplifier later in your application? Then I would choose R4=0. Or put a cap in parallel to R4. This will improve stability.
