Thanks for using the E2E forum to answer your questions. I reviewed the schematic with regards to the INA180. I have 1 major concern and 1 question.
R13 and R14 I would assume are too large. Please see our datasheet where it is recommended that these resistors be smaller than 10 Ω. Section 9.1.3 Signal Filtering.
F1 is a fuse I assume and this may not have a resistance that is well known from device to device. Also the drift of this device resistance could change with temperature or current. Have you already looked into this?
Input into ADC normally has a capacitance required for an SAR ADC. Normally about 20x the sampling size capacitance. So in this case would be about 250pF. Since this is only a 10bit ADC this may not be an issue but it will also depend on your sampling rate.
