Thanks for considering to use Texas Instruments in your design.  Yes, we do have an INA240 model.  For future reference, you can find a TINA model or spice model by going to the device's product page, clicking the "Tools & Software" tab, and checking under models (as shown in the figure below).  Here is the link to that page: http://www.ti.com/product/INA240/toolssoftware
