Hello,
I use a lot of TLC2262/4 in my designs. I find myself needing a SINGLE op amp but there doesn't seem to be one in that family. Is there another single package op amp at TI with very similar specs? I need it to operate at 10V single supply and I'd like the low power, low offset, rail to rail output of the TLC2262/4 series.
Thanks!
Hi Brian,
Note that I edited this post because I made reference to the TLC2272/TLC2274 which was incorrect. However, the OPA196 would serve as a good single op amp replacement for the TLC2262.
You are probably going to get a couple of suggestions!
The TLC2262/TLC2264 is a little older amplifier and you can now get similar performance from a single, with much lower operating current. I suggest taking a look at the OPA196. It is a newer product that was released just last year:
The electrical performances meet or exceed that of the TLC2262/TLC2264 for most parameters.
The OPA196 features rail-to-rail input and output, and is offered in a variety of different package types.
