TLV3201: Dispertion of propagation delay time

Part Number: TLV3201

Hello support team,

I have some questions about the dispersion in propagation delay time of TLV3201.
In the data sheet, for example, the TYP value of Low to high is 47 ns and the MAX value is 50 ns under the condition of Input overdrive = 20 mV and Cl = 15 pF.
Regarding dispersion in propagation delay time, we think that 47 ns (TYP) is the average value and 50 ns (MAX) is the value of 3σ. Is my understand correct?
And is it correct even under other conditions as well?

In case of full temperature range (-40 °C to 125 °C), is 55 ns (MAX) value of 3σ?

Sincerely,
M. Tachibana
