XTR105 using a PT200 RTD

I am using a 200 ohm RTD, and the XTR105 circuit. In the data sheet, only 100 ohm platinum RTDs are shown. Can you use the same equations to find the resistor values are do other adjustments need to be done? The data sheet mentions that the common mode voltage must be within range. How do I measure that? I am a mechanical engineer, so I am not an expert in electronics. Thanks for your help.
