OPA2171-Q1: Minimum value of Slew Rate

Hello Team,

I have a question about slew rate value of OPA2171AQDGKRQ1.

Our customer requested us that the slew rate is higher than 0.47V/us. So I want to make sure the OPA2171-Q1 can meet the customer request.

Q. How much is the minimum value of the Slew Rate?

    Hi Yuta-san,

    The value for the slew rate given in the datasheet is 1.5V/us. We don't specify a minimum value for slew rate as it can depend on process, temperature, variation, and other circuit conditions. A conservative and safe rule of thumb is varying up to 50% depending on condition and device. Even in that scenario, the lowest slew rate would be 0.75V/us, so it should work well the customer's system.
