ACF2101: Application question for single channel mode

Hello,

I have some questions about ACF2101 that I must use in my project for studies that I can not find in datasheet.

1) If I want to use single channel (for example channel A) of this OP AMP what should I do with second channel to get the best performance? Should I short the input pins to the ground and output left open? Or I should leave all the pins open from channel B?

2) I will not use multiplexing in my application, should I then connect "SW Out" and "SW Com" to the Low logic lever or high? The output voltage in this scenario will be at "Out" pin?

To disable the unused channel, apply logic levels so that the Reset switch is on, and the Hold and Select switches are off, and ground the Com input pin.
