Because it is an old product, it is not mentioned in the data sheet.
Since products are being continuously adopted from the past, data is requested from customers.

Fukazawa-san,

I have submitted a thermal modeling request to our Packaging Engineering department for the TLE2142CD package. When completed it will provide the thermal figures of merit included in modern datasheets.

Turn-around on requests can be as long as two weeks, but is usually closer to one week. I will post the new thermal information for the TLE2142CD package as soon as it becomes available.
