INA231: Can We Pull Up INA231's I2C/SMBus and ALERT# to Different Power Rails?

As title, can we pull up the INA231's I2C/SMBus and ALERT# to different power rails (ex: Pull p SDA and SCL to 3.3V, Pull up ALERT# to 1.8V)?
