TLV9061: Altium PCB CAD Files

Hello,

I am searching for the Altium PCB footprints for the TLV9061 and TLC9062 for the X2SON and WSON packages?

Have these been completed yet?

If not, when?

    In general, you can find a CAD file and the footprint at the bottom of this page: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality

    Normally, I would recommend going to this page (webench.ti.com/.../cad.cgi) for the Altium PCB footprints, but a search shows they're not up yet. Let me check with the team and see what the status is on those files.

    Likewise, I cannot locate a WSON footprint for the OPA2333P either.

    My reasoning was to continue product development, to use this larger package until the X2SON package symbol becomes available.

    BTW: Neither of these parts are yet included in Altium's Vault.

  • Hi Jay,

    While I work on getting the TLV9061 and TLV9062 figured out, I did find another device (TLV7011) that uses the DPW (X2SON) package that you could use for your layout - you may need to reassign some pins because the device is a comparator not an op-amp.

    Same story for the DSG (WSON) package, this part (TPS22965) is not an op-amp but you should be able to re-map the pins on the footprint for the time being:

    Apologies for the work around, I'll update once I know more regarding our devices.

    Any ETA of getting those symbols created?

    I will explore using Ultra Librarian to convert those Comparator designs.

    FYI: I found a OPA2213 which might work?

    To expand upon achieving my business objective quickly, perhaps we should try another tact?

    Wanted:

    1) A general purpose 2 Channel (Dual) Op-Amp
    2) The smallest package possible: (I can proceed with the WSON for now.)
    3) Has a vetted Altium component.

    Mostly I need to place something on our prototype PCB and we can select the optimum part later.

    Not 100% sure but isn't the WSON package still much smaller (2mm x 2mm) than any other?

    When you go look for TI parts, are you accessing a Vault with TI parts when you're in Altium? Or would you normally download a file from one of the links I shared with you?
