I've been working for my thysis in LM324 OA so I need to know how will be the ouput voltage swing for a single power supply of +5V to ground,  in the datasheet say that it decrease in 1.5v for a RL = 2K , But in my circuit I am using a RL = 200 ohms ,the output voltage VOH will be the same?.... becouse I need  Vo = 4.096 for my ADC Internal

    Hi Jean Piere,

    You'll want to look at Figures 1 and 2 for output sourcing and sinking which will define your VOH and VOL. With a 200 Ohm load and output voltage of 4.096V, you'll be needing about 20mA from the output of the op-amp, so my reading shows that you'll only be able to get to about 3V (2V away from supply).

    To get around this problem, you'll need to choose a rail to rail output device like the TLV9002 or increase your supply voltage.

    The data sheet tables for Io Output Current (sourcing) have a -10mA minimum spec for full temperature range.

    Therefore 200 ohms might not always work well. 10mA*200 ohms = 2V; possible output
