Hello,

LMV651MGX/NOPB would be a good fit, but it is not automotive qualified.

What would be the closest automotive qualified alternative?

If you could let me know what specs are most important to you, I can help make a better recommendation. Some options to start:

OPA316-Q1, TLV316-Q1, TLV2461-Q1, and LMV796-Q1

Pin2Pin would be ideal, cause the design is already in a late phase.
Specs should be same or better.

For pin to pin, your options become extremely limited, none of which have specs that are close to the LMV651:

I think your best bet is the OPA316-Q1 because it has the closest specs to the LMV651 and is offered in a SOT-23 package which isn't much bigger than the SC-70 package. Unfortunately, it is not pin to pin because the output is flipped to a different pin.

I looked at TI's entire amplifier portfolio and couldn't find a pin to pin to replacement that will work for the LMV651 that is automotive qualified. If you're able to use a dual, the options get a little better: www.ti.com/.../products.html
