Hello Randy,

Thanks for reaching out on the forum. As kai said, the shunt will determine the max current you can measure. However, if the current is really high, then a lot of power will be dissipated across the shunt. At the point you may want to consider a fluxgate sensor, hall sensor, or an isolated amplifier.
