Setting up an accelerated experimental model

I want to build an accelerated experiment model, and there are two formulas. Where can Ea, beta and K go, and I don't find the data I need from Datesheet.

Hi Meng,

open the TI site of the chip of interest and click the button "quality & packaging". Then find the stastical data in the rightmost column.

Example:

www.ti.com/.../TL052

www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality

www.ti.com/.../estimator.tsp
