INA3221: current monitor solution with high accuracy – 1uA

Thanks for your interest in our products. When you say high accuracy what percent error are you able to tolerate at 1uA or over your measurement range? With the INA219 and INA3221, it may be difficult to achieve the degree of accuracy you want. This can be attributed to the fact that the input bias of either device alone exceeds 1uA. If you do not need the bus or power monitoring, I would recommend considering the INA190.
