Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Hi Team,
My customer found our ibias model seems not correct, can any expert help to verify if this way of checking ibias is ok or not.
If not, what is suggested method?
Both OPA192 and OPA145 are the same.

Hi Andrew,
The value of Ib is correct when Vcm = 0V, as shown in the attached image. However, Ib vs. Vcm is not yet modeled in our current architecture, so that characteristic will show up as a little worse in the simulations than in the real devices.
