in the datasheet ,the package thpe,package drawing,SPQ is the same.

Hi Minlong,

The difference between the AMC1200S and AMC1200B is in the insulation characteristics. Please see section 7.3.1 of the datasheet.

thanks. by the way,the specification of the Chinese website download does not have this difference description. The English website download has this description.
