Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI, , LMH6525
Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models
Dear Sir/madam,
I am currently doing my internship at the Eindhoven University of Technology, part of my project is to design, simulate and make a pcb for SOA current driver. My choice of component is the LMH6526/LMH6525 chip. This chip has the most suitable fall/rise time and a variable duty cycle from 0 to 100. Unfortunately I cannot find the spice model file to do ensure signal integrity inorder to validate performance before manufacturing.
My question is, as an academic institution, how much does it cost for texas instrument to provide me with the spice model file and/or an evaluation board.? Thanks very much and hope to read from you.
kind regards
Justin
