Hi all,

Could you help me find one good part for TL081 replacement. I want one  which is similar to TL081 in function, but Operating Temperature Range can reach -40~125℃！

    Have a look at the TLE2071A-Q1.

    But what exactly do you mean with "similar in function"? What parameters are important for your application? Use the search function.

    The TLE2071A-Q1 has one channel, and its slew rate is higher than that of the TL081.

    Does the "..." imply that there are other important parameters? Do you actually know why the TL081 was chosen in the original design? Is there a schematic?

    Hi Clemens,

    If you can justify a precision op amp for use in your application the OPA196 provides very high DC performance and similar ac and noise performances to the TL081, at about 1/10 the quiescent current. Its operating temperature range is specified as –40 °C to 150 °C. Note that because the OPA196 is very new op amp that it is not available in the older DIP package. Also, since its maximum voltage offset is +/-100 uV it doesn't provide, or need, the OFFSET N1 and OFFSET N2 functions like the TL081.
