Hi team,

I am looking for an amplifier which converts current to voltage. the input currents I have are in the ~1uA regime and the bandwidth I need is 30GHz.

I thought maybe this is an option http://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/opa858.pdf

Hi Shai,

Our highest bandwidth TIA is the OPA855 with a GBP of 8 GHz. However, it is bipolar input. The OPA858 may be the best option but yes please clarify about the required bandwidth.
