Does LMV321 have the function to prevent phase reversal?

    TQ,

    Short answer is no.

    If both inputs are above common mode range then output may go to positive rail (VOH) or lowest voltage (VOL). However in negative feedback circuits, output drops only until inverting input is back in valid range.

    If one or both input go below -0.3V then output might phase reverse.

    Try TLV9001 instead.
