Can you help me to understand the function of the external P-Mosfet? What if we don't have the P-Mosfet? Thank you!

Hi Yangbo,

the MOSFET is part of the internal circuit. You cannot omit it. Having the MOSFET outside of chip allows to dissipate much heat without heating up the XTR111. This keeps the temp drift errors of XTR111 minimal.
