ISO121: Applying Input signal without Power supply will hurt the IC?

Hi,

We are planning to use ISO121 for one of our application.

There are cases in which, we will apply the input signal (0-5VDC) to this iso amp Vin pin without applying the power supplies to its +/-Vs1 and +/-Vs2 pins. Will this condition hurt/damage the IC or performance?

This IC will be in this state continuously for hours.

Let me know if this damage the IC or it is allowed?
