OPA2830: Operation range of Tj and Ta

Hi Team,

My customer found the OPA2830 is used on board with the Ta=88C, and they calculated Tj=106 C in their application.

If there will be any risk ?

Hi Lilian,

This is below the absolute maximum rating of 150C, so the part should still work. However, temperature dependent parameters such as Vos drift, input bias current, and noise will be elevated at elevated temperature.
