What are difference for LM139MDE and LM139MDR?

I didn't find on various information.

    MDR are space grade products that are radiation tested and qualified at high dose rate (50 to 300 rad/s).

    MDE are space grade products that are radiation tested and qualified at low dose rate (0.01 rad/s).   To test to 100 krad takes almost 6 months.

    In the case of the LM139AQML-SP, each wafer is tested and qualified.
