problems implementing TI PH application note AN-1852

In the previous discussion, it's not clear how to do this exactly: e2e.ti.com/.../353985

"The feedback should be taken from the output side of R3, otherwise you will run into instability problems. To do what you have done requires a small (~10pF) feed-forward cap between -IN and the output to maintain stability."

Can you explain this please?

pH sensor's GND pin driven by an op-amps output with 200ohm series connector, it's ok but did the Paul said about connecting 10pF cap between -IN and GND of the sensor (it means series to 200ohm) or said cut the wire between -IN and OUT_ and make new connection with series 10pF cap?
