We are looking for current sense amp which is suitable for brushed DC motor.

For example, DRV8835 has no current sense function and H bridge is inside of device.

INA240 looks to be suitable for in-line motor current sensing.

So is it correct selection to use INA240 for in-line current sensing with brushed DC motor like DRV8835?

Hello na na78,

Thank you for using our forum. The INA240 is specifically designed for in-line sensing with it its enhanced PWM rejection. As it can handle a very high common mode voltage it should also be adequate for any motor the DRV8835 would drive.
