Could you please help to check if we have automotive qualified opamp to replace SGM321YC5 and SGM8710? Better to have P2P solution.

Hi Fery,

To replace the SGM321YC5, I would use the TLV313-Q1. It has the same supply range and similar specifications and is pin to pin compatible.

For the SGM8710, I have transferred your question to right team that does comparators.

The TLV3011 is pin and function compatible to the SGM8710 in the SOT23-6 package.

Unfortunately only the push pull version, tlv3012-q1 is auto qualified. Does the application really require the level shifting function of the open drain output or are the ORing two open drain outputs together? If not, maybe they could use the push pull version.
