ONET8551T: Input Referred Noise Charts

In the datasheet under AC Electrical Characteristics, the Test Condition for the Input Referred Noise is 10-GHz bandwidth. Is there a chart or data that shows the magnitude or values of the Input Referred Noise over the 10-GHz bandwidth. What I am trying to determine is what is the noise in the lower frequency range of 100kHz to 600MHz. I have calculated the NEP(noise equivalent power) and need to know the variation over frequency.

Hi Quince,

For these types of transimpedance amplifiers, we typically don't measure the noise as a swept specturm like a linear amplifier. The total noise in the higher bandwidths is going to dominate the noise in the 100k to 600M freuqency range that you are looking at, and should be relatively flat over frequency. What is the application you are trying to implement with the part?

It is a Lidar application and I am designing the optical reciever for the system.
