1 The relative humidity range under working condition?

2 The altitude level under working condition?

3 Reflow soldering temperature ?

Hi user5102208,

1. These parts are hermetically sealed and technically could work under water, so it is not affected by humidity.

2. There is a small amount of gas in these parts, which may escape in a vacuum, but otherwise this part is not affected by altitude.

The reflow temperature we use during qualification is per JEDEC. See table below for the ramp up and ramp down. We run Pb- Free flow.
