A customer needs the qualification data for TLC2274MD and I pointed to the Qual data page in the product folder. However further assistance is needed. Could you please look into it?
Here is customer's latest response after visiting the product folder:
"Thanks for this – I already found this page but the problem I found is that, when selecting TLC2274MD, the message ‘Qualification summary not available for this part. Please contact the TI customer support for assistance.;, hence why I contacted you.
There is reliability data available for other TLC2274 parts but is this valid for the TLC2174AMD?
Also, test results are shown as ‘Pass’ but do not indicate whether there any failures – is this information available?"
