I need to develop 100A Bidirectional Current and 400V Voltage measurement device using shunt resistor with accuracy of 99%.So,Please suggest components.

Haripankh,

Yes, you could use TIDA-0045 application note for your solution or if +/-275V input common-mode would be enough to satisfy your requirements, you could also use a shunt resistor together with INA149.
