Customer is asking if we have solution to measure the current with 100nA or less. The application is to sensing the leakage current in between the special materials.

If we have total solution or suggestion, please advice. thanks.

What is the range of currents you try to measure? If it's just 10n-100n, how about using op amp in transimpedance configuration-see link below:

If you need to measure several decades of current, e.g. 100pA to 1mA, please consider using LOG114.
