Could you provide the maximum input leakage current for the pin OTF/SH_DN (over the operating temp. range) ?

Frederic,

The typical/maximum leakage current of the OTF pin, when left floating, will be 150pA/1.35nA, respectively, at 125C junction temperature.

This translates into typ/max leakage current of 0.15pA/1.35pA, respectively, at 25C junction temperature (the leakage current doubles for every 10deg C increase in temp). Please see below the graph showing the leakage current vs temp over process variation:
