AMC1301: EG(Error gain)

Hi all

Would you mind if we ask AMC1301?

There is the description about EG on the data sheet.



What does "Initial" mean?
-Tolerance by production?
-In case of power on, if AMC1301 operates calibration, does it mean tolerance occurs every power on?

As the background of this question, on the datasheet P12, there are descriptions about gain error histogram.
EG varies by power supply condtion.

    Thanks for the great AMC1301 question! In this datasheet, and most others - you'll see this in datasheets for references, amplifiers, data converters, etc, the initial condition assumes the device is powered up at room temperature - it does not include any drift from an ambient temperature of 25`C. So, it's the starting point of all measurements under the operating conditions. The 'typical' specification often represents one standard deviation. The histograms you refer to represent three standard deviations at 3.3 V and 5 V, while Figure 20 represents the typical gain error over the full VDDx range.
