Dear Sir, please help
I use TINA-TI sometimes and I made simple circuit, please see attach. If I use multimeter, then multimeter gives incorrect readings between GND and VF1. If I use oscilloscope, then he gives the correct readings. Please, answer what's the matter. VG1 is the 230V AC power supply (amplitude 324 V).
