Hello,

I have a question about this picture.

How did you make OPA602 stable, how did you expect that?

how could exactly choose these values for C1, R3 and R4 ?

Hi Oussama,

the gate soure capacitance presents a capacitive load to the output which erodes the phase margin of OPAmp. C1 is a phase lead capacitance which in combination with R3 and R4 restores the phase margin again.

This can be simulated with TINA-TI. See the training videos:
