XTR111: XTR111 EF(error fuag)? when 0mV input.

The error flag for the XTR111 is a logic output low when there is a wire break, high load resistor, or loss of headroom.

During a wire break; the voltage at the drain pin of the external FET transistor will be high, close to the VSP voltage; and the current mirror will run out of headroom.

The error flag will be active low, indicating a wire break.
