Recently I came across a partial tube of ICs. The devices clearly have a National Semi logo on them.
The package is an 8 pin SOIC. There are 3 lines of markings on the IC. Next to the logo is the number 27AB.
The next line contains 267S. The last line contains MADJ. I have tried numerous web searches and cannot
find anything about this part. What is it? Where can I get a spec sheet?
