I am also confused about your question. TL431 operates from -40C to 125C. Don't forget to check out our new device TL431LI

If you are trying to see a comparator + Internal reference (voltage detector or voltage supervisor) product please review the TPS3710, TPS3711. Can you share what problem you are trying to solve.
