TLV9004: Where should I connect the thermal pad?

Hi team,

As far as I know, the thermal pad should be connected to V(-) or ground (for single-supply operation).

can you please advise if my customer uses TLV9004SIRTER (WQFN package) and works at dual supply operation where he should connect the thermal pad?

(it's not clearly specified at the datasheet).

Hi Shai,

The thermal pad needs to be connected to V- for both the dual and single supply cases. There is a note on page 8 of the datasheet that the thermal pad should be connected to V- as well.
