Dear Team,

I need to make a circuit which will ground my supply going to the chips core logic for some time and need to make it High again.

Please find the attached image.My chip will be generating 1.2V that will go to the core logic of the same chip.

What I need is once 1.2V is genreated I need to ground it for some time after that I need to feed it to core Logic.

Please find the attached image which shows what is my expected wave form.

How long do you need to ground for? We have fixed reset delay voltage supervisors and programmable. Please provide more information about the timing. Thanks

Hi Michael,

Sorry for my late reply.
I need to ground VDD CL for 2ms only.

Idea came to my mind is use a monoshot to generate a 2ms pulse and drive a switching using this pulse.y IMa know your opinion
about this idea.

Hari,

Look at a device such as TPS3890 with programmable reset time delay. You can set the reset delay with a capacitor on CT pin to 2ms. Then when you send a logic low signal pulse to the /MR input, the /RESET output will transition to 0V and remain there for the reset delay set by the capacitor. Would this accomplish your requirement?
